Finance Manager - Upto 1500 Usd

Selex Motors is a pioneering startup in electric vehicles and new energy solution, with a mission to accelerate the transition to smart and sustainable mobility in Vietnam and Southeast Asia. We are fast growing and looking for an ambitious Financial Manager with the following responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the finance and accounting department to ensure compliant, transparent and effective financial and accounting operations

• Able to build and manage an accounting system from scratch according to Vietnam regulation and readily compatible with international practices

• Ensure the company having strict compliance in term of corporate governance; tax and other finance/accounting related requirements

• Identify issues, propose and lead actions to manage the enterprise risk profile e.g. financial risks, foreign exchange risks, noncompliance risk, tax risk, interest rate risk for the companies etc.

• Ensure regular cash safety and cash management efficiency; Maintain an effective cash planning system

• Assist the CEO in reporting and working with local and foreign investors and financial institutions

• Support fund-raising process: prepare financial model, presentation and other related materials; assist in deal formation and analysis; participate in discussion with investors and lawyers

• Propose plans and advise the CEO on financial matters

Work Location and starting time:

• Trung Hoà, Quận Cầu Giấy, Hà Nội

• Start working in August 2021 or earliest available time

Requirement:

• Education: Graduate in finance/accounting areas from top universities in Vietnam. Degree from a developed country is a plus

• Experience: At least 6 years in related areas with at least 2 years as chief accountant or managerial level. Working experience in KPMG, Deloitte, EY or PwC is strongly desired

• Qualification: Chief accountant certificate is a must (if not, must have a plan to obtain it within 6 months), ACCA/CPAA is a big plus

• Good knowledge and application of International Financial Reporting Standards is an advantage

• Possess strong integrity and work ethics

• Ambitious with a strong self-motivation

• Good problem-solving, organizational and communication skills

• Ability to manage and coach team members

• Ability to work under pressure

• Excellent proficiency in English language is a must
